Let’s know the Daone Ice Master volunteers

THE VOLOUNTEERS

They are called “night’s artists”. They are volunteers and every year,  from December to January, they work hard in order to build the structure where the World Cup takes place.

It’s thanks to them if the competition can start.

The new challenge for them is to make the highest part of the structure icy. It’s a very hard task but they can succeed in it.

Romolo Ghezzi said: “They are fantastic and every year they do miracles. The most important thing is that our volunteers come from the whole Chiese valley and even from Storo and Brescia suburbs.

Every year we loose some volunteers but it’s not a problem because there are always new people who want to help us with the organization. They use to start working at 5 pm and they keep working until the early morning.”

These volunteers are never tired and they never stop. In their breaks they like drinking “grappa” because it gives them energy.
