LA SPORTIVA 80th ANNIVERSARY

The company from Trentino, world leader in the production of climbing shoes and mountain boots, reaches an important goal in 2008, that is its 80th anniversary. We are proud to offer new products with the same passion and enthusiasm.

Many things have changed during this 80 years, but our mission stays the same: designing and realizing the best products, allowing you to surpass yourself in every new adventure. We get inspiration from the mountain every day, and we keep on producing our best products in our factory in Ziano di Fiemme, by the Dolomites, while respecting the surrounding environment with the use of modern technology together with older processes which require great manual skills.

Every day is the future for us, because we want to be the first to offer new models, materials, styles and solutions for every requirements. Our 80 years' history sure helps: everybody wishes to be young and have a long experience at the same time.

We are proud of the Ice Climbing World Champion Jenny Lavarda being part of our team and we hope that this year's edition could confirm her athletic and technical talent. We also wish the best to you all, and hope that everyone could enjoy the mountain.
