FEVERISH PREPARATIONS ON THE NEW STRUCTURE ARE UNDER WAY

The cold temperature of the of this winter is helping the work of the Comitato Pareti di Cristallo volunteers.

It is not easy to work and bear the stress after suffering last year's bad blow, with the arrival of a foehn wind (+19 °C) on Friday 19th January 2007. Still the valley is reacting with incredible dedication and the Comitato Pareti di Cristallo volunteers are working hard with the motivation of showing the world a new and innovative structure for the competition. They really care about the Daone Valley and its competition; this aspect has always been acknowledged the athletes and the public of the past editions.

The Ice Master has always been famous for its amazing ice structure, and this year it is introducing new modern features, with a series of ice towers and dry tooling overhanging sections at an astonishing height (26 m from the ground). This is one of the most spectacular structures of the World Cup ever built.
